A hugely popular rooflight in our range, our Skyway ‘Complete’ Electric Vent Flat Glass Rooflights, complete with a pre-formed and integrated Insulated Timber Upstand are designed to maximise natural light, natural ventilation and illuminate internal spaces.

Installation
As this product comes with a pre-formed insulated timber upstand, you simply need to form a roof opening only, and our rooflight and upstand will do the rest.
The size you order, is the size that your roof opening needs to be made to.
The upstand will be 93mm wide, 150mm tall at the lowest point and set to a 5 degree pitch. If an alternate upstand specification is required please contact our sales team.
The upstand is integrated with the rooflight framing, as the opening actuators are housed within the upstand.
The rooflights are delivered fully assembled and glazed, ready for immediate installation.
Final weathering of the upstand is required on site, once the rooflight has been fixed down to the roof deck around the roof opening
